Someone who works in dentistry says that some of them basically threaten to sue in advance if the work is stuffed up. -_- Still, I don't know why they're only aiming for $5m. By the time they've paid the kind of lawyers who can get that kind of result through, they'll be left with maybe a milkshake-and-a-sandwich worth.
