Please God, as someone about to commence studies in the law, I ask that if I become a solicitor and/or barrister, you don’t ever let me stoop so low as to prosecute on cases like these.

It’s a nice idea… there are way too many prosecution-happy lawyers out there. Someone who works in dentistry says that some of them basically threaten to sue in advance if the work is stuffed up. -_-
Still, I don’t know why they’re only aiming for $5m. By the time they’ve paid the kind of lawyers who can get that kind of result through, they’ll be left with maybe a milkshake-and-a-sandwich worth.
I also liked Tim’s little off-topic rant into the younger generations’ illiteracy.
